Creating a Personal Practice - to accommodate injuries and limitations, or go deeper.
Advanced Asana Tutorial - increase strength and flexibility, explore inversions and arm balances.
Vinyasa - movement based for the intermediate to experienced student.
Alignment Hatha - structure based for the beginner to experienced student.
Restorative - to balance the emotions, and increase vitality and resilience.
Meditation and Mindfulness practices - to calm and center the mind and life.
Qigong - to cultivate and manage energy for increased vitality.
Classes conducted at the studio in Cupertino.
Semi-Private Class, maximum 2 students.
$200 - 60 minutes.
