Private and semi-private class

  • Class Types:

    • Introduction to Yoga - for those who are new or returning to a yoga practice.

    • Creating a Personal Practice - to accommodate injuries and limitations, or go deeper.

    • Advanced Asana Tutorial - increase strength and flexibility, explore inversions and arm balances.

    • Vinyasa - movement based for the intermediate to experienced student.

    • Alignment Hatha - structure based for the beginner to experienced student.

    • Restorative - to balance the emotions, and increase vitality and resilience.

    • Meditation and Mindfulness practices - to calm and center the mind and life.

    • Qigong - to cultivate and manage energy for increased vitality.

  • Classes conducted at the studio in Cupertino.

  • Semi-Private Class, maximum 2 students.

  • $200 - 60 minutes.
